Nevermind, this mod has options included, that allow to tweak the injecting/extracting power chances. Certified banger, Thanks you Mlie!

I did a bit of testing, and so far both mods seems to work together. However, PSA for people using Supersoldier Unleashed, you'll need to cranck up the efficiency of linkable that reduce the risk of death. Otherwise, even with an increased limit, adding a specific power to a pawn that already have some is borderline impossible.

@Kimo' Not sure, this mod just adds recipes to the gene pod so it should work as its still the gene pod that determines the success-rate of the operations.
