It is 100% vanilla. The patient rooms, roof airconditioning systems, oxygen tank are fully included in the mesh and textures. The containers, trees, parking lots and other assets are included within the game. So no additional assets and required items are needed.

The yellow stretcher and ambulances are not included in the asset and added with a prop anarchy mod in the game. Just for the photo. So you can make this as nice as you want inside the game play

Vanilla could never provide such neat design.
