Even at 2 and a half soul hearts it still shows the bone heart

Playing as Jacob and Esau, with Esau at half a soul heart approaching the deal shows a bone heart as the price

Reading the "it won't affect performance" line gives me the tingles, considering the Slowdown that i get to endure while playing with big Modpacks.

great mod! My only complaint is that I don't think it works with the boss item deals from Satanic Bible. I only remember seeing soul hearts instead of black hearts.

@Kattack, im pretty new to isaac modding (in the programming sense, at least) and dont even use repentogon, since I play on Repentance Plus :P
on top of that, litterally 100% of the mods ive made are things i've made for myself, then just uploaded on here becuase why not ^^;
soooo i'm not really making them with others (like Repontogon users) in mind :/
maybe i'll learn how to integrate it with repentogon, buuuuuuut idk X3
