Очень нравится идея и сам мод. Но столкнулся с проблемами, из за которых сложно играть с ним.

1. Внезапная загрузка зомби прямо рядом со мной. Насколько я могу понять, когда я захожу в новую область, там не сразу подгружаются зомби или что-то такое...
2. Подтормаживания. При том, что фпс держится на 90-110, всё равно вижу что игра будто тормозит. Наверное это из за подгрузки огромной икеи?)

Хотелось бы понять можно ли как-то обойти эти проблемы

Even if it only helps a bit with the zombie spawns it’d be great. I couldn’t play the game it stuttered so much. From all the zambs. The extra light switches will be awesome too

Hi, I'm going to try to solve the zombie problem today, but I'm not sure if it will work. The thing is, this is the mechanics of the zombie.

There is an option that no matter how I set the zombie spawns, there will still be a lot of them, because the game sees a house and many rooms and doors, which forces the game to spawn a lot of zombies.

The light is the same, it's a game mechanic that I can't fix. I added more switches, you just need to find them (there is always a wall street lamp next to them, but I'm not sure if it turns on as well.

I see, thanks for the quick reply, I don't really mind the weird lighting (at least i know where the starting "house" is), i only thought agoraphibic is gonna be easy points because of what the description here says about you being in the house all the time thus being bored but then again, i don't really care, still great mod

Hello, these are not bugs, this is the game. Due to the fact that characters appear in the house (it is all one large house), the game is designed so that there cannot be zombies inside the house where the player is located. I attempted to address the lighting issue, but the most I could do was add more switches. You just need to find them.

First of all this mod is absolutely awesome, for somebody like me being a bit obsessed with SCP 3008 it’s just the best.
Tho theres couple of bugs i found:

1. if you pick agoraphobic thinking its free points, it is unless you go past the first main grid where you spawn (by "main grid" grid i mean around 10 rooms up, after that you find this weird light bug that is on all 4 directions and you know there ends the starting grid) after you leave this grid you are "outside" and panick skyrockets

2. zombie spawns that you choose in sandbox also dont seem to apply to this first grid and once again, few steps after you leave it, game lags and army of zombies spawn all around you - i started with Very High pop and it seems like the number of zombies that spawned fits that

@Mr. Kobaltz SOG It seems that there are 5 of them in each cell (but this is not certain) You appear in the center, so after 300 cells there must be another one in one of the directions.

если серьезно то это очень крутой мод, автор красава. Если докинуть пару модов для увеличения страха то будет максимальное погружение в атмосферу фонда scp )

Hi @Ing , Thank you for your mod, love it, I tested it yesterday, and I found some problems. First, with normal apocalypse settings, there is far too many zombies on the map, I took some screenshots for you if needed. Secondly, lighting in the map is really weird, Some areas are perfectly dark while the light switches are on, and becomes bright when you enter them. Finally, the performances are a bit unstable, but I figured it was because of the crazy amount of zombies.

It's not a bug, it's a game setting. You basically appear in a house that takes up the entire Sell (300x300) and the game says that zombies should not appear in the house where the player is.
Let me know if you've managed to migrate your mods to version 41. I have 4 days left, then I'll be back in 2 months if everything goes well.

Another bug I've found is that I can't force zombies to spawn near my own spawn using the sandbox options. Even if I choose "zombies can spawn anywhere" they still only spawn so far away that they will never even spawn in unless I get really close to where they should be; and even when they do spawn in, if I go back to my spawn or anywhere around it, they will never path or migrate towards me because they are still too far.

I created IKEA employee zombies with my mods Staff, and my mod Frozen Days make them non-hostile during the day like the original SCP entry.

One bug I've found is that the area covered by each lightswitch is so large that even when they are on, when you enter the area they cover, that area will be dark for a decent distance until your game actually loads in the activated lightswitch and turns on the lights. A fix could be adding more lightswitch with smaller areas, closer together.

Ahaha, sorry about that @Naustghoul, it's just that I had a little time in which I decided to realize this idea. Next time my map will be out... Maybe in 3 years, of course, if I'm still alive. But here's my advice, do what you want to do. I wanted to make a Kenshi map, finish the Stalker map, and start making a Stalker 2 map. It would be cool to realize something in the space style, or God... A map on flying islands, now that there is no floor limit, you can build a damn city that will float on several islands, rope bridges over the abyss. Oh, come on. It's a great idea, I'd be happy if someone realized it. And also a video advertisement for the map to the song “Feel Good Inc” by Gorillaz

Alternatively, you can use the GPT chat or DeepSeek Coder, although I'm not sure if it will help. I actually don't have much time left, only 7 days to be exact, after which I will be gone for an indefinite period of time. If you manage to implement the code with dummies for version 41 or 42, I'll add it as soon as possible as a necessary part of my mod.

I made a mod that allows you to cause zombies to freeze during the day and unfreeze at night, or the opposite, called Frozen Days. I'll be uploading a mannequin zombie retexture later, as well as a mod to make zombies wear employee outfits. That should temporarily take care of the 'zombies' until a better solution can be implemented.

With Frozen Days, I'd much prefer to have the zombies walk off and despawn during the day, and quickly filter back into the loaded area at night, but I have no idea how to do that, or if it's even possible, so I'd probably need a bit of guidance on that.

I think so, but right now the procedural generation just generated a forest during the map test. Hopefully, later it will be possible without codes. Now version 41 of this map is running on the code

Do you think that with Build 42's infinite procedural wilderness, you'll eventually be able to make the IKEA truly infinite once the relevant tools are released to mess with the procedural generation?
