It shouldn't immediately explode, it deteriorates fast but it should last at least 4 hours when raining.

It's like chemfuel, but breaks down a lot quicker.

I'm going to update it real quick, I had an issue about a week ago where it exploded on spawn, so I may have forgot to update it.
