They only spawn at a specific location if you set your server up for them to spawn, otherwise you need a admin tool to spawn them.

Hey.. thank you for this mod. I'm new at this, I installed but never found any kart, do they spawn at a specific location?

@sas77777 I used the vanilla flashlight as a headlight because this type of vehicle doesn't have a real headlight
