I've noticed that this doesn't work properly with the lord commander. For example, it kicks them out, but they maintain some variable that prevents them from rejoining properly if you remove the ex kingsguard trait, whilst you can reappoint normal ex members fine if you remove the ex trait.

Fun idea to go with this would be a rejection of dismissal to be like Ser Barristan, challenge your liege to a duel.
