It might (probably?) work for vanilla still, more or less.
It probably won't work for any mods anymore, unless you use an old version of the client, mod, and autobuild from the ModDB link above.
download this and it has different variations of the mod for vanilla and other modded versions of the game, pick the folder that applies to you and copy it over to your mod folder and then you are good to go, you'll know it's working if you see details about it in your intrigue page
I subscribed to it but it doesn't seem to be doing anything, it doesn't show up in my list of mods and I don't see anything in-game about it in the options, tried fast forwarding a few years to see if it would pop up on it's own and nothing has happened. I am playing vanilla with all the dlc (Idk if that matters or not)
The mod isn't dead, but it is very much in support mode and not active development due to real life and other commitments. There's a link to Gitlab above if anyone wants to help develop / maintain it.
I haven't messed with CK3 modding yet, though there seems to be a lot less building in it, comparatively.
I just needed an assurance that the problem is on my side. I use quite a lot of mods :D I'll try disabling mods that could potentially cause problem and let you know if I figure it out . However I don't have anything installed that'd change the hospital buildings/... directly... TY again though :))
Or maybe you just found a bug. What mods are you using, besides AutoBuild?
Recently I've been experiencing issues with autobuilding upgrades for (already built) hospitals... is anyone else experiencing it ? Or have I messed up with enabling some conflicting mod ? ;)
