If you don't wanna get rid of the paint region, i would suggest you perhaps desaturate in a similar way to Fast Learner's Summer Style so its a bit more muted.

At the moment the paint region on this item just feels a bit too bright.

Either remove or desaturate the paint regions, like it was done with The Fast Learner. And what ShadowMan said, "Summer Time" really sounds like an Unusual effect, rather than a cosmetic. Maybe The Tropical Tinkerer?

The name is a little odd, "Summer Time" sounds more like a War Paint or Unusual Effect.

I agree this doesn't needs paint support. The shirt looks very nice and still different enough from the Aloha Apparel to stand out on its own, by being a lot more "vanilla" in terms of fitting to the Engineer. The paint stands out way too much and is honestly unnecessary.

The paint is way too bright. I would get rid of it entirely or tone it down.
