It looks unrealistic. Too many props. Textures on the multi-story buildings are the same. And the map is not optimized.

Yes, it's not well optimized and My pc don't handle it well too , but i put some esfort

I really like this map but I think that a version without the cars parked on the sides would be even better for driving.
