Update to the below, i resolved this by running the server and let the log generate in MP missions. stop the server and delete all the storage items but keep the virtualization log folder. Put storage folder files back in and restart server, hey presto all the gear is there

Hi there, i used this on my server and all the items in Rag base items have despawned? i also use the vanilla VSM but items in vanilla storage are fine ?

All addons and VSM are free. We only ask for support to continue maintaining the mod if you wish to repack VSM.

Natively, RaG Base Items does not support virtualization — it relies on third-party solutions. This addon uses VSM to virtualize all storages from the RaG Base Items mod, just like it does with Vanilla and MMG. With VSM, you can virtualize all three at the same time, unlike other solutions that only work with their own storage types.

Since VSM uses a parallel storage system that mimics the vanilla one, it ends up providing native support for many types of items without needing anything specific. In this case, I tested it with the car keys from DayZ Expansion, and they worked normally after virtualization, without losing their characteristics.

Good day after adding this mod none of the rag stuff can take the codelock anymore. It shows u that u can attach it but nothing happens when u do that

Thanks for the feedback, but this mod is an addon for VSM, and with VSM you can expand virtualization to all the storages on your server—not just RaG or tofu, but even vanilla ones or any others you want—using only VSM or its addons, which can be repackaged.
