Can you double-check on a quick run-though the escalators on the map. It doesn't happen at the beginning on the map, half-way on the next objective, I'll try to explain. When you kill a zombie on it, they'll fall down though.

过防火门之后左边店铺前的布料光照有点问题，手电照上去像吃了闪光弹。
