Should he really wear a polo t-shirt with a tie? I think making it into proper shirt would have been nice. Would be like Heavy's own Business Casual.

Perfect cosmetic for Battle Balaclava/Speavy loadout. (Heavy is Spy!)

I like what you're going for but I agree with other comments, the texturing feels a tad flat, and the shirt 100% needs to to change, I'd suggest a simple increasingly white->grey gradient might do the trick, maybe adding a split and some actual buttons to the shirt (at the very least as a Style)

stop making heavy non-russian

You need to fix the clipping with the ammo bandoleer plus the jacket doesn't look very good

Ugly clipping, no thanks

Looks too white, but the design is cool.

Yeah no this just doesn't work, his jacket looks more like a coat, the necktie is barely there, the shirt looks less like a button up and more like a tshirt; it's just not very good execution

cool idea, it just needs a bit more texture work, and i'd desaturate the white

No thanks.

Needs better texture work, right now just looks like a team colored paper bag on him from the back.

Needs some work like maybe desaturating the white a little bit, but you're getting there! I'd really love to see this in the game but with some improvements first. The person below me kinda nailed it already.

(THANK YOU for keeping the paint region to the tie only and not the shirt lmao)

the set is alright, but texture is rather flat- the shirt and jacket need seams, and the tie could have some sort of stitching or other depth. colors are also a little off, too saturated in some places but dull in others.
keep up the good work!
