It has been updated, the Alpha channel is set to gray, custom wear is more rust-like and uses colors from the TF color family tree and the white is fine, it is not saturated, please look at the in-game screenshots to tell the difference.

the concept is really nice, but the white is too saturated (maybe in the Alpha Channel set it to Dark Gray to help a little) also the custom wear may just not be it, i would suggest a Black or Gray since team colored wear isnt possible to my knowledge (if it was i would suggest that)

Sam just because they’re the same custom wear on both teams doesn’t mean it’s the same color context. For example: let’s take sacred slayer. The custom wear on that is the silver texture behind the gold engravings, so when it wears on that texture it looks just like detail is being lost around the edges, but on the grey, it looks like a whole new color

The custom wear looks weird on blu team. Not so sure about that part.
