as TheRealAndFinalSpringers stated, coding can be rough and it's your mod and you don't need to do the things we mention, we simply want to give suggestions...

WITH THAT IN MIND, loaches would probably be nearly impossible to add to most regions, they eat nothing but slugcats, and don't fit well in most regions, perhaps they would work as creatures exclusive to saint? Most other slugcats cannot get past them especially if they are in mandatory spots, however saint and artificer can, but I can't think of a good arti region for them, so silent construct and rubicon are probably best

Realizing im yapping a lot, dont feel forced to do anything, its your mod, we just LOVE creatures and wanna see all the sparkly new ones everywhere,

Add both moths to bitter aerie and add big moths to sky islands, the precipice and outer expanse

Rattlers could go in the rot and exterior for riv kinda obviously, but i think they should also go to shaded or memory crypts

Rot loaches only really make sense in memory crypts but there might be some space for one in the rot.

Locusts could go in farm arrays and HEAVY maybe sky islands (maybe)

Undergrowth can only really add rats, they could probably go in the lower parts of metropolis and the part of outskirts spearmaster spawns aswell

add rot lizards to rivulet's memory crypts :rwslugcat: also big moths and skywhales should be on the wall and upper parts of metropolis. barnacles, tardigrades, and frogs should also be in submerged superstructure

for some reason, this mod breaks hunters intro cutscene because it overwrites the room settings for hunter (which doesnt have a slugcat specific setting for this room)

if you want to fix it, add back the <code>RoomSpecificScriptActive: ON</code> setting :kingvulture:

Did you know that you can put
"priorities": ["moreslugcats"],
in your modinfo.json file so your mod is always loaded after the Downpour expansion?

Not sure why Watcher vanilla region edits must be loaded after, though...

Could I make a suggestion? I feel like the templars and disciples would be to Saint what Elites are to Spearmaster and Artificer. They're more "enlightened", and are shown to only show up in places like Shattered Terrace and Outer Rim. So having them pop up through the entire timeline feels... off.

Similarly, Maybe Rizards Should only show up in Riv's time, when the rot has fully spread outside Peb's inner can.

Finally, I definitely don't think locusts should be put in the non-ripple regions. Nor the Roaches.

This basically removes the Hunter intro animation. Or then again it could be incompatible with one of my other mods, but i'm pretty sure its just this. Is anyone else having this problem?

maybe there could be toggles to allow certain creatures in certain regions>? i dont exactly like rot lizards being in normal regions, they are apart of theiur own lore with the watcher, but i do like this because so many fo these things are so cool but you see them like once, skywhales only spawning in one region, bone shakers, locusts, so i do love this mod but rot lizards!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

not sure if its this mod, but the rats aint dying when i try to eat them. theyll get into their last stage of being eaten, but then just dont die and keep running around as if nothing happened after you let them go

I am once again protesting the inclusion of Big Moths in Sky Islands cuz it makes too much sense.
(also small moths in outer expanse and bitter aerie. Cuz to me, they symbolize the end of a journey lol)

i think sand grubs in the same regions as sand worms would work
also can they spawn without the sand / terrain stuff?

also i know locusts are very controversial but hear me out:
farm arrays has alot of 1. long outdoor rooms 2. lots of random crawlspaces underneath said outdoor rooms which normally go unused and 3. is a little boring and unexciting normally. i do think itd be difficult to use raindeer tho, so if possible maybe add indigo lizards and perhaps some mudpits around farm arrays too? it already has a ton of sporepuffs which can kill locusts anyway
