I appreciate the feedback, but this character won't be receiving any new balance patches as she was made exclusively for the Rivals 2 contest and I have no interest in updating her

Yo u need to learn how to balance your characters. It's good tho but it's so simply no-skill and easy spam and it's boring. However, nice mod.
