It's working for me.You can see people getting on at this station, but there are no people getting off, so maybe that's why they're saying it's not working.
I wouldn't mind if the station had a mix of passengers getting on and off. Thank you.

Is it posible to customize the station in game or is it as is? I mean lenght, number of platforms...
