@Specneo The moss cant create their own infected but if the moss is at a disadvantage like if they are loosing hosts more than they are infecting any the moss could evolve to create pureforms.

It they become that smart soemhow.

Like ones made without a human host. and possibly from harvested human brains too.

@Specneo Merged infecteds are possible its just that they are very rare since infected don't really stay in one place and its very unlikely that a lot of infected are going to be stuck in one place but its possible.

@ Specneo Well the moss doesn't destroy brain tissue they try to preserve it because they need their hosts brain in perfect condition so they can control them so i guess they can use weapons and firearms but the moss doesn't really need to use them because they can grow their own weapons
