copy/paste from the l4d1 set:
there's quite literally thousands of lines of dialogue you'd have to replace, it's not something you'll find easily, especially by a single modder or small group

I tried a couple anime sound replacement mods very early on but they only replaced a very small fraction of the lines and what they were replaced with sounded like loud screeching since the voices were crudely pulled from an existing anime show and likely didn't even fit

They'll likely always be separate. If people want to use all of them, they can just subscribe to all of them in less than a minute. If they don't and it's all merged together though then there's a bit of a problem.
