@KIRIN STRONG nvm, it resetted the mod, and loaded it last because there might have been a mod conflict with another mod im using called "quick n dirty captured skins" that was affected by the update its working now but the icon to change that tank is there and everything works, ill be deleting my previous comment.
but can you make this so the change is permanent after the campaign?

I think your Change Paint Scheme mod and this one have some conflict. Since I installed both, I can no longer transform the KV-1 1942 into the KV-1B, or even both models emerge with each other without being able to do anything else (as the other person explained).

I already had an issue where after each battle the KV-1B would "self-destruct," and I had to buy the KV-1 1942 again, start another battle, and convert it again. It wasn't a huge problem, but it is a minor annoyance.

Is this mod still working?

@MarlyZ89 Old comment I know but I kinda thought the same, according to Tank Encyclopedia it was the KW-IB (M1942) which could use a few types of turret. Also if you're going by War Thunder KW-IB is just what the Germans called that model of the KV-1 in general so any others converted would still have been the IB. Again according to TE regular M1942 KV-1s were called PzKpfw KW-IB 755(r) while this one-off conversion was called KW-IB 756(r) so they just increased their arbitrary listing number by 1 to distinguish

Cool

I'm quite impressed by this build. I've wanted to use a similar process to have crews add foliage to their vehicle for camouflage. The affects would reduce the vehicle's vision level while also giving the crew a visibility penalty. This would be useful for ambushes.

Ok thanks for the answer
KIRIN STRONG  [author] 2 May @ 12:58pm
@Scp-fr049 there is a button you press once your crew has boarded the vehicle.

Amazing!

Isn't that the KV1C? KV1B Has the square turret, and the added armor, not the gun change/Added cupola

this has alot of potential for capturing tanks, would love to see some more beutepanzers or even some allied captured tanks
Funghi 26 Apr @ 4:59am
this shit is fire :steamthumbsup:It can be used on all KV-1 models or only for the M1942? it would be cool more of this with other soviets tanks
