Unless by some miracle new bodygroups get added, there is no way to make bare arms/legs without giving the mercs thunder thighs to hide their existing limbs. It's not something you can simply "delete and start over".

i'm not gonna sugarcoat it; this is terrible.

no amount of retextures or attempts of modelling over the retail demo model is ever going to make this look good.

unless you use a bare legs model from either gmod or the SFM workshop, your attempts to make him have muscular legs will look really bad.

delete and start over.
