That's an absolute mystery of a map, and also a gem of a find. By a first look, the map must be an unfinished build, as the map is sealed by an large cube, something we mapper often use to test our maps.

Or something that a beginner also do when they are lazy to seal the map proprely, but by the detailing and the hard work behind it, I doubt it's a beginner work right there

I remember this map from a long, long, long, time ago when HL2RP was first getting into other frameworks. Good find.
