If you were using my other Brigand mods, you will need to disable them while using this mod. If that doesn't work then try unsubbing and then resubbing to this mod to redownload it. Sometimes steam corrupts the download.
Does he need high honor or what is the situation with that?
In the main menu (where the settings and campaign selection) in the upper left corner you need to include the fraction in the tool, initially everything is turned off
This should be fixed now.
The Hooded Blade is a legendary lord. Try getting to a very high or low honor level.
Also how do I get Hooded Blade hero's they don't show up for any recruitment building?
Another thought I had is to make sure you have the Bretonnia DLC and the Gotrek and Felix DLC.
Bertrand's faction is only available for the Immortal Empires campaign (or the Old World/Old World Classic campaigns) so make sure you are not selecting Realm of Chaos campaign. Bertrand is under the 'Bretonnia' section near the other main Legendary Lords. When unsubbing/resubbing make sure to click the trash can icon in the mod manager that fully deletes the mod and then resubscribe. Make sure the mod is actually enabled in Mod Manager.
This is the first mod I have not been able to troubleshoot myself. Please. Help.
I'm currently running only the mods Mixus, Mod Configuration Tool, and this one.
You need to have low honor ('Wanted' level) to recruit the Desperados.
Either ghorros is considered chivalry and affected by the mod or its not compatible
Sorry for bad english
Thanks! Glad you are enjoying it.
If you want to do a horde-like playthrough, here are some suggestions:
1. Single Settlement: Only take and build up one settlement as a base and don't occupy other ones. This allows the Peasant economy and replenishment and stuff to work correctly but most of your gameplay will be with your horde armies.
2. Don't Upgrade Settlements: Still occupy settlements you take, but just don't worry about building them up at all. If they get taken over or rebel, just ignore them. If you want you can repair the main settlement and build a lvl 1 farm building for extra money since it only costs 500 gold. You may have to auto-resolve a lot of battles though.
3. Sell Settlements - Trade your settlements to allies or factions you want to be your allies. This gives you a lot of gold and your allies will build up the town instead of you. I would still keep at least one town for yourself.
There are certain mechanics like the Peasant economy that hard scripted for Bretonnia. If you have no settlements your peasant capacity is hard set to 1, even if you have increases from other sources like character traits or technologies. I could remove it (with difficulty), but it would mess with players that want to empire build.
Or is it not remotely intended to try it as a horde? I am fine if it isn't, I was just curious.
Sorry I have not tried Lily's mods with this mod so I'm not sure.
There is no confederation option for Bertrand's faction.
I uploaded a fix for this just now. The effect was set to the wrong scope.
