Ah that's a shame but thank you for trying.

FINAL UPDATE: As I have started analyzing the mod deeper, it turns out it would essentially require a rewrite as a lot of methods that were being called for Environmental Patches were either removed or remade or moved into different spots.
As this is generally beyond my scope of ability, I pushed one last update to remove the 1.6 tag. There will be no further updates to this mod from my side.

In short, while the update might potentially be possible, this would require a mod rework, which I'm not capable of doing.

Updated for 1.6. Just had to recompile the assembly for 1.6.
Almost no testing was done, so let me know if there are any issues with the mod later on.

GitHub repo will be updated soon.

Any news on whether this needs a 1.6 update?
Mantazzo  [author] 30 Jun @ 5:27am
^Unlikely, as the change was a very simple one, so I doubt it will matter much.

As for 1.6 update - I will wait until the update officially arrives, then if necessary, I'll recompile for 1.6 if there are no major changes.

Is this updated version compatible with the Multiplayer mod?
(the old mod is not compatible for some reason...)
Гений 12 Jun @ 12:13am
No. Devs just optimised how counters for pathfinding is performed, not way of pathfinding
moosetwin 11 Jun @ 8:26pm
Was this merged into 1.6?

Thank you so much for taking the time and effort into upgrading this. Very appreciated!!

does perfect pathfinding compatible with PUAH and While you're up, if use them together does it impact TPS a lot?

@Realm Imp

From Clean Pathfinding 2 description:
Q. How does this mod compare to Perfect Pathfinding, and can they be used together?
A. Perfect Pathfinding focuses primarily on the heuristic tuning side of pathfinding. You can use them together if you wish to overwrite this mod's tuning, though you can also just emulate the same effect by maxing out the heuristic tuning slider in the mod options.

From Perfect Pathfinding description:
So how is this different to Clean Pathfinding?
Perfect Pathfinding removes optimizations and adds complexity to the algorithm calculations with the goal of finding optimal, perfect paths.
Clean Pathfinding adds optimizations and uses lightweight methods to find paths that keep your pawns clean.
Mantazzo  [author] 10 May @ 1:30pm
Clean Pathfinding 2 is "lightweight" - it simplifies some calculations and it prioritizes cleaner places, for example walkways.
Perfect Pathfinding is a bit heavier as it always tries to find the fastest route to any destination to destination and reduces the number of odd "sidesteps".

That's the best explanation I could give, but maybe someone else can say it in easier to understand words.
Realm Imp 8 May @ 7:06pm
what is the difference between the two?
Mantazzo  [author] 8 May @ 4:40am
UPDATE: Slight update to add incompatibility with Clean Pathfinding 2 (you can still use them together, but the effect will be sort-of minimal - I suggest you use either this mod or Clean Pathfinding 2); additionally "fixed" the load order for mod sorting (extra foolproofing so that mod sorting algorithms never decide to load this mod before Harmony mod for some reason).
Mantazzo  [author] 8 May @ 3:39am
Should I update the description and the Mod with a note that this is incompatible with Clean Pathfinding 2?
Гений 8 May @ 3:32am
Nope. It's literally another way of pathfinding scheme. P.S. There is info about it in original mod
SBRANAMI 8 May @ 3:31am
is it compatible with clean pathfinding?
Rokdun 7 May @ 10:27pm
Well, it's... perfect :cozybethesda:
Mantazzo  [author] 7 May @ 1:22pm
Just to clarify, all I did was to update the mod to work on 1.5. For all other information, please refer to the original mod page, which is linked in the description.

I know it was stated there is no impact on peformance, but did you measured it yourself? these things do make impact sometimes.
EtherealLuna 7 May @ 8:12am
I think its just like that to seem cool. Also the original mod has pictures actually showing it work. It just removes those bumpy lines in movement.

So, the way on the screenshot is better then just jump over the fence and go straight, isn't it?
ImTotallyNormal 5 May @ 9:28am
Eyy! I've been waiting for this! Big props!
