@Argent Usher Hello! Thanks for the feedback, on my end, there was no crashes, didn't know about save bugs but I've read that the feature still needs rework and isn't scenario related, are u using beta version perchance? Ty for playing and yup, SS-579 is key :)

A very interesting mission due to the lack of assets. Unfortunately, it had a few crashes and a save bug (couldn't save; 0.1.3.0 Build #177 (17565)). After reloading the mission, some air enemy losses primarily disappear in the AAR. My most valuable unit was the SS-579 Akishio. Kudos

I haven't seen that error before, this probably won't work but what if instead of reinstalling the game you just verify game files by that Steam option? Or not just deactivate mods, just unsubscribe from everything to see if it's fixed. If that doesn't work just straight report in the DC server I sent as u were thinking, hope you can get it solved!

Huh, have this in my error log, among a few others, but I just copied this one.
[General] ERROR: Unit vessels/jmsdf_ddh_haruna.ini was entailed but no corresponding name in language_en/vessels_names.ini was found. in UnitMetadataProvider.cs: GetIniNames (line 920)

Is the mod failing to patch that .ini?

Think I might have an issue, when I load into the scenario I am not able to launch any planes from the airfield (it is empty), and I only have 5 ships and no subs. I did a complete reinstall of the game since I had tons of mods and was not sure if something was not getting removed when mods were deactivated. But on a fresh install it still has the same problems. Any idea where I can start? Thanks!

TF 17.1 loads correctly.
TF 17 only loads Mount Baker, Gridley, and Paul.

@Jeeves Done updating, I've saw someone commenting this on a video earlier, don't know if you're the same but I've found out you're absolutely right, resub and there should be overhauled Gridley. I'm aware this makes the mission a bit easier but It's fair, I feel it was a bit too difficult before.

One small suggestion: Gridley had *just* returned from receiving her overhaul to the Leahy standard in game; she should be rocking her Harpoons & Phalanx historically speaking.

Not on beta, not just your mission either - some other things wont show up. Everythings on default (steam app, win11 etc).

@Cregg That's very odd, to everyone it has worked even on Wolfpack's video. I'll check it again on my own, I don't know if this is related but, are you on beta or stable?

Why doesnt this show up on the Mission list? Reinstalled, unsubscribed from everything but it still wont show up. I subscribed to Desert Spear and Pacific Strike 85 and they are selectable. Very odd.

@_RAM_ Thanks for good suggestions !

1. I understand this, I will move TF17 about 15-20 nmi away west and update the mod, I've seen gameplay videos and people do rearranging oftenly, so good point for you.

2. I feel I made the reaction time against TU-22s too tight and difficult, I'll mark a circle to around where the TU's will be and include the range you mentioned. I originally didn't because you could just go to Unit Reference and search for the AS-4 ranges and then mark on your own map, but for less complications I will do this too.

Mission pretty good and challenging.

I only suggest to move TF17 further from enemy subs. Reason: player love to rearrange ship, ship start move to new stations with full speed => instadetection => salvos incoming.
There is difference between player fail to ASW himself and fail by fault of units stupidity. And there is no strategy when you just see infinite stream of missiles.

Second problem i got. Is any chance player can intercept TU 22 without knowing exact location (in first try) ? I moved f4 on max speed. Did spread. But manage intercept only empty 22's. For some miracle my ships intercepted missiles with 0.03% chances according to log (thats probably was reward from god of random for spoofed 13 of 16 my harpoones earlie).
Maybe problem can be solved by noting in message (that tell you about 22s) what the range of that missiles. And player will know how far away he need to establish CAP.

@Nordlaw Yeah, thanks, I tried my best with that briefing. As for the first statement, were u talking about failing the mission or had to save to continue later? I mean, even for myself the mission felt pretty challenging lol so I understand, hope you'll try again.

wasn't quite able to get through the whole thing tonight, but i will say that the briefing is very cool!
