Then if you save the mod and delete your icons folder (so icons re-generate) when loading the game, the icons will be fixed.
Have you tested any compatibility with LW and RW?
One bug/issue: some icons are just pitch black in the inventory. Looking in FCS, the items do appear to have 'auto icon image' set to True. However, I did notice that the mesh and mesh female for mods links back to "Cannibal Tribe" and not this mod name's folder. That might be causing it? Needing to update the file directory references to this your mod for anything used? I def see you have the meshes, etc as part of the mod, but the directory needs to be referenced for all of them and 'updated' to your mod's file directory reference
