ya... kinda broken... you can slap the armor on and its looks fine... but there is no collision... you can walk though it and I will assume so do bullets.
Lord Skarra 29 Oct, 2022 @ 11:33pm
mod broken and outdated on multiplayer.
KolDraco 16 Aug, 2021 @ 10:41pm
my only frustration with these mods is that it never solves the problem of angle conversion. from a 3x1x1 to a 2x1x1 or 1 1x1x1 each set should have a corresponding angle/(mirrored angle) to help attach to the angle degree of the other sets. We dont see that.. anywhere. which would make a lot of headache go away.

can I have permission to upload this mod to mod.io plz sir or can you upload this mod to mod.io plz sir

If you're not dead or something, would you mind updating the materials on this, or releasing the source files so I could do it?
Tapper 20 Sep, 2019 @ 6:27pm
Great mod. Thanks for mod. But I have a request, could panels also be skinned? As I have digital camo skin from DLC. IMO, solid colour blocks or panels are bit dull. With this mod actually anything could be re coloured and re skinned.
Ket 14 Aug, 2019 @ 6:45pm
very helpful blocks
B1ackBoX 7 Aug, 2019 @ 12:18am
Great mod, but needs an update as there is a bug with it.
If you stand next to one of these panels with helmet open, you start taking damage and die.

And another thing that isn't exactly a bug but would be nice to have, is if they could support skins (clean armor, camo and carbonfibre) as every other armor blocks :)

Hey i used this mod and the colouring on the blocks is standing out of order compared to the other blocks, They seem to be brighter and i was wondering if theres a way if that can be fixed or if there is another mod which can fix this, Thanks

could you put an L panel? so it can be placed on 2 different blocks?

this is DX11 ready, however there's been other relevent updates since, and probably will be for some time to come, so I would recommend using the reworked version by TheWitch, who has been doing a great job keeping a lot of older mods such as this one up to date while the original modders are absent for extended periods (like UncleSte), or retired.

The director of the web series wanted to ask the developer(s) of this mod with his own account, but he can’t seem to comment for some reason. So I am posting it for him. The message goes: “Hello. I am creating a web series based in Space Engineers and would like permission from the creator(s) of this mod to use it in said series. Your mod and account name(s) will be credited in the credits at the end of each episode it is used in.”

Hi UncleSte. If you get a moment could you create a few more options please? I'd love to see a curved 1x1x1, inside curve 1x1x1 and outside curve 1x1x1. SEE IMAGE HERE [www.filedropper.com] . I use these panels for every build and love them, thank you! Hope all is well with your Mum ;)
limnovi 7 Aug, 2016 @ 6:18am
sorry to hear about that :(
UncleSte  [author] 7 Aug, 2016 @ 4:47am
Hey guys im sorry for the long delay with the updates to the mods. My mom isnt well right now and was rushed into hospital. Ill get as much fixed as soon as i can folks. Thanks for bearing with me :)
Concrete Slurper 2 Aug, 2016 @ 4:26pm
After a bit of testing, I've concluded that this mod, and armor ramps, both block oxygen while standing within the block placment range. I would really appreciate it if this were fixed.
limnovi 25 Jul, 2016 @ 2:31am
please add the 2x1x1 angled blocks! this is perfect for small-ship cockpits, I just need the longer angled blocks - great mod regardless
Bones 19 May, 2016 @ 6:31am
isi there any chance you can add more of the corner slopes as panels, and if you can the right angle from your more ramps as a panel
John Kimble 12 Apr, 2016 @ 3:03am
Hey! Great mod! I'm also having trouble with the oxygen mount points. I'm using them currently as deck flooring, since they don't take up much space, but I have to wear the helmet inside because when standing on (in) the blocks they block out oxygen.
Antinov 5 Apr, 2016 @ 1:35pm
Any plans to fix the mount poitns for oxygen? Getting too close to a completed pannel often results in no oxygen flow within its block space.
Rathlon Tobias Riverwind 17 Mar, 2016 @ 10:41pm
I'm glad these has been updated to DX11.
Now I can use these as decor inside small ships I make, cause I use them as shelving.
Also type of rear fin setup.
JayMole77 6 Mar, 2016 @ 1:16am
There is a damage issue with these panels now, if you get close to them after they have been placed and welded up then you begin recieving damage from being near them.
KingdomBragg 2 Jan, 2016 @ 5:19am
Good to see you back and nice to see this updated :)
To second alcangel_neal, it would be a nice addition to have the 1x1x1 inv corner panel.
UncleSte  [author] 28 Dec, 2015 @ 10:51am
Updated: Fixed some loading errors relating to mount points.
alcangel_neal 14 Dec, 2015 @ 5:44am
Really like this mod, but does anyone know if there are any armor panel varients that havea an equivalent to the vanilla 'window 1x1 face' i.e the sloped over window?
9thC|Sójka 2 Dec, 2015 @ 10:02am
Wild update has appeared :D
Thank you

I'd kill for a DX11 verion of this before planets drop <3
Pez 5 Oct, 2015 @ 6:36pm
I'm pretty sure uncle ste is dead on modding here.
Telion 17 Sep, 2015 @ 10:53am
Are the armor pannles ever going to be made DX11 compatible or are you to busy with other stuff? Its just i use them a lot and its anyoying how i have to stay in DX9. Please respond. I love the Mod!
LocInt 30 Aug, 2015 @ 3:53pm
This doesn't seem to be LOD.
737✈Garrus 15 Aug, 2015 @ 7:10am
maybe add a pyramid-ish corner panel,1x1x1, 1x2x1, 1x3x1, and slant angled panels like the vanilla light armor corner. explanation= http://spaceengineers.wikia.com/wiki/Light_Armor_Corner
and for that a 2x long and 3x long.
Mulltea 12 Aug, 2015 @ 2:49pm
are these what last stand gamer used for the camos
SEModder4  [developer] 20 Jul, 2015 @ 11:31am
Yeah, it's really simple for me, I have done loads of DX-11 upgrades and these would be a walk-in-the-park for me. :)

If anyone can reach UncleSte please let me know and add me asap. :)
AmpleNickel4262 19 Jul, 2015 @ 11:01am
Yeah I really wish someone could get the source files to transfer this to DX11. This is seriously the most useful mod out there and it's just sitting in limbo.
SEModder4  [developer] 17 Jul, 2015 @ 11:03am
I could do the conversion if I had the source files. I could do the armor panels in like a half a day and the same for the others.
Hawkeye_009 16 Jul, 2015 @ 8:23pm
I love the mod but it would be great if in the future you could add sloped versions of the triangles like the windows
VORG 9 Jul, 2015 @ 2:31pm
Hope you're well m8!
DARKNESS 7 Jul, 2015 @ 11:41am
Hope things get better for you UncleSte.

dx11 pleeeeaseeeeeeee
Vixapede 26 Jun, 2015 @ 5:54am
Oh, apparently you're sick. That's no good :C ~ Still though, I very much love this mod. It's something that should be rolled into vanilla SE <3 (and really I don't see why not, they have windows after all)
