Tried only 3 mods with your suggested load order. But,
"Historical Bloodline GUI version" breaks your mod. This patch not solve problem.
Problem is can't tooltip traits and making a gap between traits.
I just remove Bloodline mod your mod works great.
I guess bloodline mod don't deserve too much effort it gives %80 +5 prowess and +5 relation related culture opinions its too generic imho.
