FUCK I loved the ambush, it was great, wish the other missions had the code for that as well, I'd have loved to be able to take out the reinforcements before they could properly deploy.
I'm fucking glad you added RPG targets for the radio towers, it made things so much easier and a lot more dynamic. The two bunkers were the most difficult of them all, though I loved the day 9 deployment mechanics.
There are newer mods that remove bullet trails (such as cleanGUI) via replacing the textures rather than messing with the particle system - which causes this particular mission to crash.
And about the crashing, that’s not something that I’ve encountered nor is it something I have heard anyone else see. I wouldn’t know how to help but it may bave to do with your mods
One issue so far - the first intermission crashes my game. So it's a camp, and I lead one of my soldiers to "sabotage the equipment", and, as soon as he sets foot into the red zone, the game automatically crashes. Any ideas what could be causing that?
Probably be a little more consistent with the 'warning, enemy reinforcements' voiceline, i believe there was a time or two where it didn't play and it caused a slightly frustrating situation - although it's really cool that you have them actually roll in a vehicle instead of just spawning
Would not reccomend using ARES Special Forces for it.
