I ran the game with _only_ this mod. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I only seem to be able to put between 10 and 12 traits (whether that trait is tier 1 or tier 3) on a leader before the choices run out.

I'm really looking forward to using multiple focuses, as well as multiple veteran classes and destiny traits.

I added color code to the icons - 7-13 levels are blue, 14+ levels are gold - and bolded the font.

I added the mod yesterday and got my first vet level. I am wondering if we could have color code like or maybe a sub mod. like vet level would be like blue and then destiny would be gold. also I do use dynamic UI mod which it show the badge on the list as well and maybe could have the numbers a bit bold as well? this part of request is for readability for the level

I guess, the only option - manually search for an incompatible mod. You can try to do it by yourself (with my tips, if necessary), or send me a download link with the playset, which containing my mod.

for some reason i have the same issue as Branko, level caps out at 40 but in my case it happens regardless of where i put the mod in the load order top or bottom same result

Try moving it to the very bottom of the load order. I was probably wrong when I said, what it should be placed at the very top.

For some reason the max level it goes to is 40, the mod is on top of the mod loader, what could the cause be?

Read my mind when I did a modified version of this crediting the original level 9999 variant. Level 100 felt just right for me, so thank you for officially releasing a level 100 max level version @Koornia! ^^
