I made a brand new physics mesh before you sent your message and the ragdoll works now but i appreciate your tip regardless, thank you.

A quick tip for getting ragdolls to work, if ya ever feel like trying to pick up this project again, is the QC needs a $collisionjoints section, including a studio model for the ragdoll. ( Looking at the regular Gmod playermodels is a good reference for how that works )

I think it also has something to do with hitboxes? Also $includemodel "f_anm.mdl" if you don't have that already...
