@Matt thanks for pinpointing the hat, I, too, thought that this isa reskin of the Jeepcap. So a no from me - too close to an already existing hat.

I would suggest making the goggle lens the paint region instead of the entire cap.

Looks like a copy of the Jumper's Jeepcap. The rest of the set's items are indeed very peak tho.
