Literally grew up here. It's wild to see this tiny town on ArmA 3.

Many things are floating around. More around and into the prison.
BushWarrior74 31 May @ 8:27pm
i like the map but the McDonald's parking lot is floating

Nice map! it givs me some inspiration to finally do an operation with the team.
Interesting use of air traffic control towers.

One small thing, there is a building on the left (when facing entrance) of the prison/jail that is too high above the ground. Also, the light tower out of the compound should not be here, it represents a risk.
A few un-needed roads remaining. But no big deal.

I would have enjoyed a small train station. But it probably closed some time ago. ;)

Chuck Norris' Texas Ranger MOD when?
Smooth.Wrinkle™ 13 May @ 6:24pm
Thanks for your hard work and commitment to arma 3, it looks fucking bad ass.
and also.. @DetCord12B no one likes a whiny ungrateful b**ch.
☦turaŭskiwołat☦  [author] 13 May @ 2:57pm
the city is dotted with 90% ordinary houses and trailers, sometimes there are blue bungalows that will be lowered in the next update so that the piles are not visible and there is no Pacific Ocean vibe. As for the Middle East, I assume that you mentioned a migrant city. I'll leave no comments here
DetCord12B 13 May @ 1:24pm
Nothing says Texas like buildings/architecture from the South Pacific and Middle East...

maybe someone will decide to make a CHUCK NORRIS mod soon, that would be great. Maybe modder Max, he knows how to make custom characters ;)
deltipili 12 May @ 1:10am
He generated the terrain but then edited/made almost all of it by himself
ZombieSon 11 May @ 9:53pm
Why your ground texture look so normal when you generate it with a realistic map? My ground texture looks terrible
Thick 11 May @ 3:49pm
@Pvt. Barry [MM] - Pretty much. *John Travolta Meme* when I travel around the border here not seeing the armed invasion of marauding illegals the news tell me about.

As a texan myself i approve of this map

hi Errrmax
Errrmax 11 May @ 2:30am
Mentioning for bugfixes, it seems like the mod is calling for a nonexistent addon involving Kujari? Causes an error to pop up on launch. Just a head's up to fix that whenever you update!
pathetic 10 May @ 6:39pm
excited for the TNO scenario aswell!
Pvt. Barry [MM] 10 May @ 6:18pm
Lawn is just up the road.
Pvt. Barry [MM] 10 May @ 6:18pm
I have a ranch one hour South of Abilene.

Dude U captured what it is to LIVE in Texas. We are in a State of pure fascism, the terror is from the GOP governor and his henchmen puppets in the Attorney General's office and State legislature. They ban books, attack public education, restrict voting, deny civil rights, promote religion in public schools, deny science (an ti-vax and climate deniers). The lie about immigrants who are actually harder working and more law abiding than the citizen residents, making up about 30% of economy but receiving racist scorn and hatred in return. Mod is a nice play atound with scenarios where democracy loving folks work to get rid of these goons.
☦turaŭskiwołat☦  [author] 10 May @ 3:15pm
By the way, my next map will be the taiga in northern Russia (especially for the upcoming TNO mod) and a small town in Mississippi near Jackson (well, you get the reason and relevance).
☦turaŭskiwołat☦  [author] 10 May @ 3:11pm
Abilene is a nearest city
☦turaŭskiwołat☦  [author] 10 May @ 3:10pm
as the name suggests, it is a small town called Lawn in Taylor County, northwest of the state (semi-desert area)
BaguetteMan 10 May @ 3:07pm
where does this take place within the state of Texas (where would I find it on a map)
