@Marauder to put no cooldown just put right click on the number and change it to 0

Can you implement these options? (REQUEST)

1. You can pull NPCs closer to u using the grappling hook on them
2.Grappling hook can be toggleable, you will stop using grappling hook when you press the bind key again (Optional, off by default)
3. Grappling hook has infinite rope option
4. Press A or D to swing the rope left or right option
5. No cooldown (Set cooldown to 0 for no cooldown)

vmanip was a little buggy last time I used it, I'll hop on again and try it once more

This is very good add on i think it is a really good improvement over the original great work on that
