I haven't been able to pin exactly where the frame drop issues were during the tests, the feedback i was getting was inconsistent.
And for the point scoring, i don't want to mute the sounds, but i'd like to change them. It's actually the last thing still incomplete in this gamemode, as i haven't figured the sounds to use.

Hey, this is pretty cool. I have a couple critiques. It's very fun and the map plays well, but some of my players were having major frame drop issues. I don't know why, but it might be worth looking into. Also, it would be better if the point-gain did not make a noise. It's somewhat irritating.

Other than that, pretty cool. Keep it up!

tug of war is a better gamemode name than two team payload

Tug of war is literally superior to a classic payload gamemode. And the map is quite pretty!

This is a very pretty map. It seems small, but that should make for plenty of action.

Looks super slick with both the GUI elements and the environment.

Nice job! Although, there is one issue in that you use Red team materials in Blu team areas. TF2 was designed in that red areas feel warm and use wood/natural materials, where as blu uses metal and concrete and cold materials.

the fact you used the actual japanese railroad sounds and made the actual lights is a double + in my book
