My line of thought was that the Mississippi rivers flows through Louisiana.
However an alternative name would've been "Vampire d'Orleans". This one came to my mind after the upload though...

I may be a jaded critic hellbent on trying to fix TF2 items I deem to have poor execution or unfitting.but I am not exaggerating when I say this might be the best spy set I've ever seen
