Yeah, that's the vibe I get from 90's trucks. I'd say late 90's and early 2000's trucks also had a bit of an aerodynamic design on-top of the plastic-y feel, until about the mid-to-late 2000's when it turned into a much more "clean curves for fuel economy" type styling.

thats a good point, a lot of commercial vehicles from the 90s had a cheaper feel

Fair. I just think it could have maybe at least taken some design cues from the 90's International 4000 series or similar trucks, a lot of them just have this... Plastic-y feel to them, I guess? I guess it's kinda having the grill molded into the hood that's the main change.

Yea I get that, but idk, the b300 has always been kinda behind when it came to design

My personal thoughts are the truck should probably have been made more roundy, this is a very 70's/80's design style and was being phased out during the 90's.
