Ja die Patrick Air Force Base konnte ich nutzen. Aber für den Einsatz waren mir die Mittel soweit ich weiss nicht passend

Caribbean Thunder keeps crashing for me but I get it due to the large amount of units. I recommend doing several saves throughout

Nein, leider ist das nicht in meiner Hand ;(, vielleicht probierst du es nochmal von Anfang an.

Kannst du denn was zu dem Fehler der Patrick Air Force Base sagen das Selchu hatte? Konntest du auf den Luftwaffenstützpunkt zugreifen? Das würde mir sehr helfen! Danke dir :steamhappy:!

Spannende Missionen, leider ist beim Reloading der letzten das ganze völlig verhunzt... Marker am falschen Ort, friendly-fire und Flugzeuge landeten nicht mehr auf dem Carrier. Aber da kannst du wohl auch nix für :)

Hey dude, just got home from work and spotted this. Logged and checked. I can see that the air defense has moved onto the island now, however there is still no Patrick AFB. have screen shot and can try and send but have no idea why the base itself hasn't appeared.

Hey dude, I've played the mission 3 times and it hasn't once appeared as a selectable unit. Weird
The 3rd mission is a tough nut to crack I have to say. Nice work

That issue with the airbase is strange. I ran multiple tests and it was always there, with the flight deck fully usable. It should be located northeast of the Florida Keys. Maybe something went wrong during the mission load? Let me know if it happens again or if you notice anything else unusual!

Morning Dude, just playing through the scenarios so far and have noticed in the 3rd one - Caribbean Thunder, there is no Patrick Air Force Base. The air defense is there but no actual airbase.

thanks for your comment regarding the accuracy and atmosphere of Mission 3 — you're absolutely right :steamthumbsup:!

The ship is intended to represent the USS Mount Whitney (LCC/JCC 20), a Blue Ridge-class command ship. However, since that specific vessel isn't available in the game, I chose a different class that visually resembles the Blue Ridge-class and renamed it to avoid using mods.

In mission 3 the Algol-class is not a fleet replenishment ship it's a fast sealift ship for transporting Army equipment for things like REFORGER.

Hey commander6591, thanks for your feedback on Act 2 :steamhappy:!

In my test runs with the USS John F. Kennedy and some EA-6B Prowlers, I was actually able to hold up pretty well against the missile barrage from the Russian fleet. Did you actively use ECM to counter the incoming missiles?
Also, pushing the USS Ticonderoga and USS Virginia forward and facing them directly toward the enemy really helps intercept a good number of missiles. The American fleet obviously doesn’t have the same range advantage, but the carrier does offer a significant edge.

I’ll definitely take your feedback to heart and revisit the USSR fleet setup — I’ll look into reducing and optimizing it a bit :steamthumbsup:.

I feel like the USN fleet is mission 2 is underwhelming given you're going up against a Kirov + Slava + whatever else because I always get annihilated by Shipwrecks and Sandboxes

I really took your suggestions to heart and have removed units from both strike groups as well as civilian units to make the mission run more smoothly :steamhappy:.

In my tests, the mission generally performed quite well—except for one attempt. I believe this is an issue that will persist until the game is further optimized during Early Access to better handle larger unit counts.

Decent mission pack. The 3rd mission needs tuning. The game currently stutters when too many units are in a map, and it only gets worse over time, so you have to streamline the mission a bit. I would reduce to one CV + support from the land airbases, and I would reduce the number of ships overall. Try to can anything that doesn't really need to be there, I would shoot for about half the current number of units.

Thanks for your feedback! I'm not exactly sure why this issue occurs for some players. I’ve removed a *.ini file from the campaign and reuploaded the mission pack.

Please let me know if it works for you now – the missions launch fine for me using the Steam Workshop version.

I really hope you can play the missions now, and I’d love to hear your feedback!

I’ve added more civilian ships in Act 01 and implemented some variability so different types of civilian vessels can spawn :steamthumbsup:.

Hi, I loaded your game but when I attempt to run it, the 'play' button is grayed out. This is for games 01, 02, 03. What t do?

Quite a fun little mission pack. I experienced stuttering/lag on the third mission but this may be due to optimization and the number of units since I have a decent rig... the first mission seemed a little too easy though once the enemy subs were detected due to their somewhat close proximity of each other, I think spacing them out a little more and perhaps mixing a couple neutral units in with them would be my only suggestion.. other than that, nice work :steamthumbsup:

Since you're the second person to report this issue, I did some testing and finally found a solution – and it looks like it's working now :steamhappy:.

Yes, it does look a bit strange — you need to expand the tab below to see the mission. This is actually my first mission pack, and unfortunately, I haven’t yet found a better solution (or tutorial) on how to assign the .ini files to individual missions when they’re all in the same folder.

As soon as I figure out how to do it properly, I’ll adjust the folder structure so that the subfolders are no longer necessary. If anyone can tell me how to do it, I’ll update it right away.

vittorio - click to open the drop down and then the mission is visible. what looks like the mission is more like a heading if that makes sense.

I downloaded the pack but in the scenarios screen when i select any of the missions the "play" button isn't selectable. any troubleshooting tips?

I was able to track down a faulty victory trigger in the final mission – you actually did complete it successfully by destroying the Soviet fleet, but the game mistakenly displayed the wrong briefing. I've fixed the issue, and from now on, players will correctly receive a victory for that outcome.

The updated version is already live!

Played through it tonight. It was pretty good. I would have used a P-3 instead of the Neptune, but that is a silly complaint.

On the last mission, I smashed the enemy fleet, they had a burning wreck of a Kiev and two transports left and I got the mission failed notification. I thought I was doing pretty good with the loss of only 4 aircraft playing Iron hand over Cuba. Other than that well done.

Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what you meant—could you please clarify what didn’t work for you? The mission has been running smoothly in all my test runs so far. I’ve double-checked all the triggers and uploaded the latest version again.
