Planetary distiricts really have 10 slots, but non-natural ones have only 6 slots.
Do you have any other mods that modify files in common/zones?
Errors may occur if another mod alters vanilla districts and overwrites this mod's changes.
Tested Scenarios (Functioning Normally):
Standard authority types (Hive, Machine, etc.)
Various planet types
Note:
Habitat districts (and similar celestial bodies) use urban districts (from a separate system).
All other districts have 10 building slots.
This mod modifies building slots in standard districts below and does not affect building slots in Urban district specializations. Urban specializations are part of a separate mod. I have personally tested this and it functions correctly.
