I'd love some sort of "Heating Tent" that we can set up. A tent with some pipe chimneys to keep people warm.
Basically functions like a very small heating plant without pipe connections, so it has to be close to residential, with some extra pollution per warmth given for balancing.
Let's the player "trade" pollution (health) for emergency heat.

I was planning to make a heat plant incinerator that burns up building rubble. It has been delayed due to having to fix a bunch of older mods that were broke by the game update 1.107.

Can we also get a large campfire for heating?

It is not quite Free. Cost is roughly 2000 rubles which means it can be built in less than a day in realistic mode.

So this is a free collisionless food/clothing market?

I plan to add a hospital tent soon as well as tent housing of low quality.

Earthquakes have to be on for 10 years in order to get the "Soviet Republic Expert" achievement. Only 0.2% of players have the achievement. This will make it accessible to more people.

Activated earthquakes once. Turned them off immediately after the first earthquake. Never reactivated.
Problem solved.
