This is broken. Every hit ragdoll the zeds and when they get stuck on the ground, they just do groaning noises. You need to stomp them to stop them

Lol, you know coop and multiplayer are 2 different things right? coop is supported in Build 42, multiplayer is not.

cause ill just flail my arm's in the air and in doing that, it's just me attacking the mental hospital like im next to a bob cat in the wood's that way but i actually managed to keep the bob cat from chewing my arm's and leg's off. so i get to do it then.

I keep checking this mod to see if it's been updated lol. It's my preferred one out of the two.

If people think this mod makes it too cheesy just enable sprinters or increase their spawn rate.

Just ragdoll on crit and kill should be perfectly balance and fun to use as everybody already suggested, we still gonna be stuck with Unstable version for a while at this rate :cta_emo2:

Para probar como se verían los ragdolls con un arma tipo melee esta bien, pero cada golpe que das hace que el Zed caiga al suelo, quitandole toda la diversión y dificultad al combate. Recomendación para el creador: Estaría bien que solo se activara el ragdoll cuando mates al Zed, no durante

I would recommend adding in those states that you mentioned. Your mod is better for split-screen as the other mod doesn't enable the rag-dolls when playing co-op while yours does.

Just be aware that when you load into the game that pop up explaining the new ragdoll feature has been added and click yes to turn it on. For some reason it turned it off (as it was already on) and if its off, it causes a bug with this mod where hitting a zed causes them to freeze in place until you kill, them, so if you get this bug check that ragdoll physics hasnt been deactivated in the options

this mod is pretty good in the sense that if there are sandbox settings you can change if you want zombies to be effect by critical hits or on death and such, therefor as the author mentioned below
there is no need for duplicate mods, very respectable from the author

after testing both mods i can say that yes this mod does need balancing a bit but its pretty much all good maybe needs few sandbox settings

I'm not really understanding how this system works, but is there some way to apply a certain ‘momentum’ to a zombie during an attack animation?
Like if you hit it with a car. But with a weapon.

Then you could make all those ridiculously heavy weapons (like concrete bucket maul and cudgel) useful in combat.
You hit the zombies with a heavy enough weapon and they just ragdoll away, lol,

Yo guys! Devs did not make it easy, but I've manage to set ragdoll only on kill now. There are few different states, circumstances and animations to be covered, so within this weekend I'll test it out and then update the mod itself, so we can make sure that it's balanced and still challenging, cause now I can agree it's fun, but too easy.

Meanwhile - if any of you guys will see the comment -> Let me know, if you like to have this ragdoll on every hit, as a separate mod, or shall we focus on more balanced version only.

This is the funniest fuckin mod and even though its a little weird, Its 90 percent of what I want which is to knock zombies over with melee attacks :D. The last 10 percent is the IS polish theyll do to make this look even better

@Marz whoa what are you on about? you gotta work on your reading comprehension i was basically praising the modding community and being generally understanding of why the Devs chose to take their time with the melee physics.

Also I've had this game before it even made it into steam (10plus years?), and never once did i ever post anything on the official forums much less to complain about something a mod broke, because am aware they don't provide support for mods, lol leave it to internet "turbotards" to make up scenarios in their heads about people they don't know.

@SolarMaximum The Devs have a reason for not enabling them yet, but you come and credit modders for a work that probably is changing a boolean and then will come complaining to the devs when things dont work correctly.

it's alright, the way they flop over when hitting them with a long blunt or short blunt is pathetic but i understand that the ragdolls are still in development
