Ay thanks for the feedback, all the credit for the actual map going to da @pasas :)
Yeah i forgot to spawn melee weapons ROFLLLLLL
Here are my complaints though.
1. It's a survival map, which means the bots are expectedly shit, but at least the map helps a bit by giving them a weapon headstart and teleporting them away from the boss. Unfortunately, the only way you could make bots somewhat useful is to have the Left 4 Bots 2 Add-on and just keep warping them to your position whenever they try to get away for some reason. If there are any plans to make this a co-op map instead of survival, that would be really great.
2. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but spawning 0 melee weapons on a map that works like this is diabolical.
3. The Boss' Laser Attack can hit you through the pillars which is fricking annoying.
Overall, a solid map all things considered. 8.5/10.
- Added a easy mode chapter version
- Made the escape helicopter stay like 5 seconds longer so it's actually possible to run to it in time
- Added some props to the outside of the helicopter area so you can#t easily fall off
Thanks for the feedback y'all!
Versus Survival
@GamePlayer Problem with your mods/game, nobody else reported this before, not sure.
@Squachhead - Only survival works for this type of mode
As for the gate, i think you can open it once at the beginning and close it off for good (no more Svarog opening the door) after we're in? Again, 30 seconds to 1 min would be sufficient for the entire team to move themselves in
Same thing with the generator door, i get the idea behind everything consistently flowing and you having to be on top of it all, but it can be quite frustrating for first time players to miss the generator door (and later on the rescue heli) because the map doesn't give them enough time to react
Considering the positioning of defenses and ammo piles etc, the heli should wait for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute - and "get onto the heli" message should be on repeat every 10 secs after it arrives, so people have enough moving time
Another option is to move defenses and ammo piles to the helipad itself, which will in turn incentivize people to do their hold out there instead of the crossroad, allowing a timely retreat onto the heli
Hi, there are health spawns, kinda spaced out though, they are usually close to the doors or where you must go next. This map is intentionally quite difficult.
@Friendly Freemason
Thanks for the suggestion ima put that on the list of things to check out, love Dark Souls bro
I hope to see this be ported over,

Or probably another plan for Counter Strike Zombie map? I rarely played Zombie Escape back then, as I loved playing Zombie Scenario mode more because of the stories & boss fights at the end of each scenario. If you plan to make any of zombie scenario campaigns someday, that would be very cool
