thank you

@No Impact Player that means you have a mod that changes the nGAME defines (specifically the 3 relating to duchy limit or opinion). Try with just this mod, nothing else enabled (and use task manager to quit to avoid a save if in iron man) and it should work - otherwise it's an issue you can maybe only fix manually editing other mods in your playset or changing load order.

Still got the opinion penalty, was just wondering why everyone hate my gut all of the sudden.

@pryadko2011 I meant ai and player
hdtomo  [author] 31 May @ 4:58pm
@PBMKZXY the original mod edits more of the NGame data

@pryadko2011 player only, it's not something you can edit only for the player sadly

Will this affect AI, or only the player?

From what I can see using Winmerge, the two mod are identical on the common folder

@Azrael8165 it should never need updating. Regardless, it shouldn't give the warning now as I set it to a minor patch instead of just 1.16.
TL;DR don't worry.

I am new to adding mods. My game says this mod is not compatible with the version of the game I am running. How do I fix that?
hdtomo  [author] 27 May @ 10:16am
Renamed 00_defines to udl_defines incase it overwrote any over mod
hdtomo  [author] 25 May @ 2:43pm
It is now fully compatible

A patch might've just broke the mod, I'm currently working on it

Fixed an issue where the modifier might still trigger if you load a game with 3+ duchies.

That sounds good
hdtomo  [author] 25 May @ 5:07am
@Y es what @Screw said and it is way more mod compatible, since "No Duchy Limit" just rewrites the whole zzzz_defines file (which does quite a few other things) and this shouldn't need updating for as long as duchy limit exists.

You don't get that annoying "- opinion" from having too many and don't have to destroy them (and also get that -opinion) or give them away and make your vassals more powerful

what's the difference with“No Duchy Limit”
hdtomo  [author] 23 May @ 2:32pm
Works, confirmed (well, I've been using an edit of the old mod identical to this for at least a week, so I'd hope it is).

Also removes the too many duchies opinion modifier, just in case it fails.

Defines is a regularly used folder, so if you have issues put it near the end of your load order.
