Fully played this one, perfect for a "beer and bretzel" short game, precious for a family man.

Regarding missiles, some unbalance in tech and missiles is okay IMHO, but your mod, your call. :)

They are stand-ins until the PLAN is introduced. From what I understand it's quite soon. The reason for the Ludas not being Soviet ships from another perspective is it's a direct copy of the Spruance class and the American missiles actually match their irl counter-part capabilities better.
