I've always been a believer that the reason we didn't got a bandolier bodygroup before is that there were no promotional items that required so. If you go check out the patchnotes for certain cosmetics, you'll see that in all of them, they included bodygroups necessary for said items:

Scout's "shoes_socks" was for the Essential Accessories;
Scout's "dogtags" was for the Sign of the Wolf's School;
Soldier's "grenades" was for the Lumbricus Lid;
Pyro's "head" was for the Foster's Facade;
Pyro's "grenades" was for the Stockbroker's Scarf/
Pyro's "backpack" was for Scrap Sack;

Demoman's "shoes" bodygroup was added on the same patch as the Conjurer's Cowl, so maybe there was an additional promo item in the works that would replace his shoes.

Sucks we only got it now, but well, better late than never. Hopefully we get bodygroup styles for older items.

I can't belive it took Valve THIS long to actually add an actual bodygroup to remove Heavy's Bandolier.

Ah well, at least the Bullet Belt clipping problem can finally be solved, and about time too.

I noticed in the renders for this it retains the bullet belt, was the removal of it something specifically requested or entirely valves doing? (since the new bodygroup was added seemingly just for this item)

Excellent suit! Though something about it seems familiar... Eh must be nothing. Keep up the excellent work, I hope you'll upload it to Loadout.tf though since you haven't uploaded the "mario" set for Hevy and Medic I somehow doubt you will, either way it doesn't matter.
