Joshy, these are the new foreign power connections that are vanilla. I actually as far as I can tell no longer add the old ones. They now have road connections now to help with fires, sadly at the expense of a medium power connection slot.

Nice Map but the foreign power connectors start burning down, can you make them fire resistant like the custom houses?

@Eron, the customs houses come with the DLC Early Start. You need the DLC for it to work. They are "DLC vanilla", if that makes sense. No workshop items necessary.

@wseslaw, Had to update the files for the early start and change the customs houses and foreign connections to the early start ones.
