Well, how are you gonna do it? The tf2 does not let you to code the weapon that way that it removes the ability to equip another weapon in different slot

the sandwich doesn't stack with the GRU for balance

The GRU drains the health rapidly and have the higher sheath time, so if you get caught, you die. This basically does practically the same (minus the 10% speed which is not huge) and works passively! even when ravving! are you newbie in balancing weapon? Also, not to mention you can combine this with said GRU and run faster than scout..

alright, I think it's alright. Maybe reduce the revved up speed boost a bit, but it seems fair enough for a concept weapon.

the downside makes this absolute trash, why would you need 50% less max health? I could understand a damage vulnerability like the buffalo steak, but 50% is just too much.
