Mod stops children from getting their own natural skills
hamletsdead 26 Jun @ 4:49pm
Does this affect muscularity based on prowess? My dude has 100 prowess and is still skinny as a prepubescent kid. Had to manually increase muscularity in barbershop with the CBO slider in-game.

Case solved—it's an issue with the game's base files itself; the problem occurs even without any mods enabled.
Zarathustra  [author] 16 Jun @ 5:26am
This mod does not change anything related to those rankings @Mayfly It is something else on your mod list.
MayFly 16 Jun @ 5:06am
Using this mod will cause the court rankings to duplicate multiple times—2-3 repetitions at the start and up to thousands of repetitions later. (Translated using translation software)

There is something screwy with character attributes from parents if you change the defines. This uncaps the attributes, but I suspect something in the engine doesn't like trying to generate character stats for children in response.
Xherdos 10 Jun @ 10:35am
Wait so it's this mod who causes the 0 stats characters to spawn?
天漢烈王 10 Jun @ 3:38am
same question all are 0 0 0 0 0 0
Чиназес 8 Jun @ 6:16am
have u tried copying the base game file and instead of just adding max skill cap defs, try just editing the base game file's defs of max skill cap?
maybe it'll do the trick
Чиназес 8 Jun @ 5:47am
I play with AGOT mod on and I studied your mod's code and changed the same defines for AGOT mod (I raised max skill cap to 135), it seems to be working well
New characters are with ok skills now
Чиназес 8 Jun @ 5:45am
Hello, author
I see u did an update, did it fix the bug with 0 skill of newly generated characters?
Zaire82 7 Jun @ 1:15am
I'm confused by what people are saying. Don't characters always start with 0 stats? It's education and traits that raise them, right?
From observation, the 0 stats problem seems more to do with education than initial generation. Even though I had a great tutor and gave them each a great mentor, every kid barely gained any base stats while this mod was on. Once removed, kids still in education saw their stats start rising.
夏末余韵 6 Jun @ 3:29am
well maybe it's fair for everyone start with 0 0 0 0 0:diplomacy:
Zarathustra  [author] 6 Jun @ 3:26am
As I have said, nothing really can be done about the 0 0 0 0 0 thing, That is a PDX problem,
夏末余韵 6 Jun @ 3:25am
same problem stats 0 0 0 0 0
Ranma1/2 4 Jun @ 4:22pm
I really want uncapped!!!!! Thank you so much
Zarathustra  [author] 2 Jun @ 2:03am
There is no deliberate setting for them to start at 0 0 0 0 0 0 stats. I suspect it is a bug in how CK3 calculates attributes. I am considering writting my own bit of code for an event to try and make up for it, but need to be careful with that.
󠀡󠀡 1 Jun @ 8:13pm
same question all are 0 0 0 0 0 0
Algo 1 Jun @ 6:18pm
does this make everyone born after game start spawn with zero stats?
溪云Siena 30 May @ 6:48pm
POD need this mod
Zarathustra  [author] 30 May @ 1:33pm
A bunch are from my Magic mod for agot.
PerfectKid 30 May @ 1:07pm
what mods are the traits from please
Kellen 30 May @ 9:02am
Ah, I thought it was more of a UI bug or something, not just editing the files like that.
Sir_Robert_Peterson 30 May @ 1:25am
@Kellen
Die Eigenschaftspunkte können in der Datei "defines" abgeändert werden, sie sind dort auf 100 begrenzt. Ändert man diesen Wert entsprechend, hat man wie hier diese 400er Grenze. Man sollte aber immer wissen, was man in diesen Dateien ändert.

The property points can be changed in the "defines" file, where they are limited to 100. If you change this value accordingly, you have this 400 limit, as here. However, you should always know what you are changing in these files.
Gniadex 30 May @ 12:06am
Yes!! Thank you for this mod!
Evil-Fox 29 May @ 10:50pm
never knew I needed this, but yet here it is.
Kellen 29 May @ 8:04pm
how's that trick work @lex?
@lex 29 May @ 5:34pm
ruler designer tip:
In the designer you can use save/edit character trick to add 100500 disloyal traits fro infinit points.
Azeloth 28 May @ 10:05pm
Waited this mod long time.
Cat_and_cat_inc 28 May @ 4:00pm
Is there a way in the ruler designer, as I want to save the character.
Zarathustra  [author] 28 May @ 3:57pm
Use the console and add more stats?
Cat_and_cat_inc 28 May @ 3:34pm
Is there a way to easily create a character with this mods max stats?
Gef 28 May @ 2:28pm
Yeah, I saw. Have no clue why that happens myself.
Zarathustra  [author] 28 May @ 2:01pm
Then that is something in the base game. This mod changes 5 lines of define code.
Gef 28 May @ 12:36pm
Somehow this mod causes characters (especially children being educated) get absurdly low base stats. I'm naming this mod, because the problem ceased after I removed it. I assign the child the best guardian, have an excellent court tutor and he comes out with every stat having a base of 0. Even if not every stat ends up being zero, I noticed that stats became a lot lower and there were a lot more zeroes.
Zarathustra  [author] 28 May @ 8:04am
It applies to every character skill attribute. Including prowess
Al120 28 May @ 7:31am
Can this work with prowess?

I miss the hundreds of Combat Skill I could get in CK2.
Darkwing Phoenix 27 May @ 3:38pm
I don't really think this COULD be balanced in a way so as to make it fair for children (Who wind up with negative fame with some attribute mods) all the way past 100
r3xm0rt1s 27 May @ 11:49am
You have save my CK3 experience. No more low cap limiting my power growth compared to other characters.
BayFOX 27 May @ 11:08am
Thank god
Funny Purple Suit Man 27 May @ 9:50am
@Zarathustra what about fertility? It's capped at 100% by default which in my opinion makes traits that give fertility underpowered
Zarathustra  [author] 27 May @ 9:45am
Which caps in particular? It is possible to remove the max opinion cap of 100
Funny Purple Suit Man 27 May @ 9:34am
Is it also possible to remove the opinion and fertility caps?
Zaire82 27 May @ 3:21am
Time for 10,000 stat man
the pope 26 May @ 8:12pm
is this compatible with LOV?
Turtler 26 May @ 8:20am
Makes sense, and impressive.
Zarathustra  [author] 26 May @ 8:13am
I currently am using 99,999 as a cap in my current AGOT testing playthrough
Turtler 26 May @ 8:09am
Is there a maximum cap? I know there's at least one mod that makes 999 possible.
