I just noticed that this truck also says it in the description under "further notes"
so please just read the descriptions carefully when things seem to not work. good luck

you have to use the clutch
hold down the "1" keybind and then shift, let go of the clutch once you are in gear.
Thats how you shift

Why is it that on every sinlge PF Vehicle, the Gear shift does not work for me, like bro, in other vehicles, (I.e Newquay, and etc), The Gearshift works, but on almost all of the vehicles in this collection, they do not.
