I'm... so sorry for the false positive??? I just disabled all my mods, confirmed that your mod indeed works as intended as another retexture mod suddenly wasn't behaving either, but unsubscribing from all mods and resubbing to them seems to have fixed the issues?
Now that's an anomaly if ever I saw one.

Just downloaded the latest version of the game. Everything is as it should be, I don't know what could be wrong, even if the developers changed the configs, the mod should rewrite them. If the problems remain, try re-adding the mod, or completely reinstalling the game.

I think the scopes got patched and the 21:9 fix is now making them too narrow. The 16:9 fix looks closer to being correct on my 21:9 now. It was working just fine the past few days.
